In this interactive two-hour webinar, Life Energy and Life Stress, participants will explore how to balance stress and boost energy using Sandtray Play Therapy, creative expression, and holistic wellness tools. Through guided visualizations, breathing techniques, and experiential exercises, you’ll learn practical strategies to reduce stress, increase vitality, and restore balance in your daily life.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  1. Identify the key ways stress depletes life energy and how it affects mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
  2. Demonstrate practical wellness tools, such as Sandtray Play Therapy and breathwork, to restore balance and boost healing energy.
  3. Utilize hands-on exercises, including energy mapping, guided visualizations, and creative play therapy activities, to create personalized stress-relief strategies.
